1、首先，您必须下载“智慧苏州”APP，注册账户，并完成L3级认证（手机号+短信认证—姓名+身份证认证—银行卡认证+人脸识别认证），开通“苏州电子市民卡”，并充值一定金额。
2、随后，在苏e行APP中，依次通过【我的】—【支付方式】—【添加支付方式】—【市民卡代扣】操作，完成“智慧苏州”账户签约授权，即成功“绑定市民卡”。
3、我们通俗意义上的“绑定市民卡”，并非是在苏e行APP绑定您手上持有的实体市民卡，而是与您的“智慧苏州”（苏州市民卡官方APP）账户签约授权，进行费用代扣，类似于支付宝、微信免密支付。
